Lead Generation Executive
We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to own lead generation and outbound demand generation using social media marketing and email campaigns, targeting decision makers in the UK, Europe, and GCC markets.
About the Role
As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll own the lead generation and outbound demand generation function, driving business growth through strategic social media marketing and targeted email campaigns. You'll focus on engaging decision makers in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing sectors across the UK, Europe, and GCC regions.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads by targeting decision makers in the UK, Europe, and GCC Market regions
- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting C-level and senior leaders in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing
- Conduct thorough research on accounts, personas, and industry challenges before initiating outreach
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to identify, engage, and nurture prospects
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales and solution teams
- Track, analyze, and continuously improve campaign metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Required Expertise
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Proven ability to execute successful email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and engagement
- Experience with CRM tools for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Strong research and analytical skills to understand target accounts and personas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets

- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting Key level Decision makers in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing leaders
- Own lead generation and outbound demand generation using SMM and Email Campaigns
- Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies
- Create compelling messaging that resonates with target personas
Research & Qualification
- Research accounts, personas, and industry challenges before outreach
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to drive engagement
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and buying signals
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects
- Schedule meetings for senior sales and solution teams
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and improve campaign metrics (response, conversion, meetings)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
- Share insights on market trends and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Report on lead generation activities and pipeline contribution
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
Experience
- Experience generating leads targeting decision makers in international markets
- Proven track record in executing email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Background in B2B lead generation, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Manufacturing sectors
